were coming up on 15 months since i started my journey already! so it was deff time for some new measurements! i finally am back down to my lowest after gaining a few lbs trying to "maintain" without tracking, but my measurements are actually SMALLER than last time i weighed this much! i think its because ive added a lot of weights into my routine. It's not that muscle weighs more than fat ( a pound of fat is the same as a pound of muscle) it's that a pound of muscle has a smaller volume than a pound of fat- aka its smaller. More weight per square inch, get it? Lol
the first number is what i started at, followed by where i am at now.
waist- 44, 33.5
hips- 54, 40.5
neck- 15, 13
thigh- 30, 24
calf- 19, 15.5
upper arm- 17, 13
thats a grand total of 57"!!!
3 more inches and i will have shrunk 5 FEET! 9 more inches and i will have shrunk MY HEIGHT! crazy.
