Rita, our fabulous fit Friday feature this week, is a mom from MA getting fit! Rita was not always chunky. When she got pregnant she was a healthy 140lbs, wearing between sizes 9 & 13. however, the day Rita gave birth she was tipping the scale at 230lbs and wearing a size 24.
Rita decided to stop making excuses and start kicking ass. She's lost a whopping 60lbs by eating healthy, lifting weights, and doing Insanity. She's back wearing her size 11s. Her goal is only 30lbs and 3 pant sizes away! We will deff keep you updated! Rita is actually one of MY inspirations because she's a fucking beast. You never hear her complain or make excuses, it's all work work work- and it's really showing!
