there are two girls in the challenge group im currently running who are doing the reset too. they also said they are peeing a whole lot more. so im not crazy lol one of them has mentioned she is really hungry between breakfast and lunch. i havent really been starving between meals yet, hoping that doesnt happen.
i knew i drank a lot of water but i decided to start tracking that today as well. I drank about 98oz of water today.
after my workout yesterday, my muscles felt really tired, not normal tired, like tired alllll day. so i decided i will discontinue any weights thru the rest of the reset. i am going to still walk the amount of time or distance my half marathon training calls for, though. I walked at a 3.0 for 50minutes today. it was really hard. i do not feel like myself not working out and pushing myself. Cutting back so much on the workout is probably going to be the hardest part of this for me.
i got to take another nap for a little over an hour today. I also go confirmation my new band has shipped, so pretty soon ill be able to see exactly how i am sleeping and what i am burning. I may even track my food out of curiosity to see how many calories the meal plan is.
today the food was amazing as always. the lentil lime salad was to die for. i am so happy that i like these recipes so much that i look forward to making them again POST reset.
Dinner today was a Japanese cucumber salad, a nori roll, and miso soup- all with seaweed! I've never had so much seaweed at once lol. Also, it was a LOT to eat. i had to take a break to finish.
Since I've started my headache is gone, I feel light, and I didn't have a stuffy nose for all of today until about 30 minutes ago! Hopefully it'll be gone over the next few days after having it for like 2 weeks! I've been going to the bathroom regularly after every meal, which is more normal for me than that not poop in 5 days BS I was experiencing the week before the cleanse.
I'm not really feeling irritable or anything yet, but from what I've read about other people's experiences I might over the next few days. I'm not too worried about it though. I work from home tomorrow and only have to go to 2 appts Friday. On Saturday I will be working from 10am until about 930pm. I'm a little worried about that, ill have to pack lunch and a snack and I will be starving for dinner and ready for bed once I get home. what worries me more is being able to time my supplements and eating. It's going to be nearly impossible to do because I'm not unprofessional enough to stop doing someone's hair to go drink my green drink 30 minutes before I eat. But I did have the luxury of 4 of the first 7 days "off" (I work from home as a coach), so the majority of my days were timed perfectly. I haven't weighed myself yet, I'm going to do it weekly. But I'm deff looking forward to it. I feel lighter than I started at but I know I'm not back to my smallest yet, but shit, it's Only been 3 days of clean eating and detoxing and I binged daily for like 8 days so I can expect it to take at least 8 days to get back to where I started. That's a little annoying to me lol. I'm still a little upset with how far I let myself slip up. I weighed in at what I weighed in JUNE. I undid 3.5 months of work in 8 days. Unreal! But my goal for this reset is to not only get my insides running optimally and cleaned out, but to finally reach 50% of my original weight!
