I'd just like to announce it took me 5 days to finish the haagen dazs sorbet i posted the other day. That was some good self control. even though it was so low in fat i need to practice not binging on healthy food, because sometimes i do that! thats what happens when there are good options that taste so damn good! for example, for dinner tonight i had morning star bbq riblets, and baked asparagus and onion, I seasoned the veggies with SimplyTasteful's honey bbq seasoning and about a teaspoon of Smart Balance light buttery spread. I just put the vegetables in a baking pan and cook it the same time and temp right aside the ribs and it works perfect. And is soo good (ill post a pic)
So today i was messing around with a BMI calculator. My BMI is currently 30.7- I started out with a BMI of 45.8!
Normal Weight- 18.5-24.9
Overweight- 25.29.9
Obese- 30 or greater
SOOOOO i am SUPER close to being just regular overweight opposed to obese. In order to get into the normal weight category I'd have to get down to about 150lbs.
I dont think I want to be thaaaat small. So i am just going to be the healthiest overweight person I can be lol But it will be an awesome day when I get in the overweight category. According to the calculator I am 5lbs away from saying GOODBYE TO OBESITY! That's a pretty sweet deal, if you dont realize. That will mean I am no longer a statistic. All the numbers about all the americans who are obese and people dying from obesity or obesity related disease no longer apply to me. That's a pretty good accomplishment. And what a coincidence that 185lbs makes me just plain overweight, and 184lbs means I've lost 100lbs. we have a very exciting 6lbs coming up people! :-P
