Right now I am sitting in the worst seat in the house. I needed a phone charger so I had no choice. The only seat left with an outlet is directly in front of the SNACK display. I would normally say FML. Although I caught myself staring at it I am not fighting with myself not to get anything. I'm about to go home, haven't been in 2 months, and I need to live up to the MASSholes expectations of skinny! Lol I know everyone will still love me if I stop losing weight, but u don't want to see people u haven't seen in a while if you're feeling fat!
I'm tripping because I only have a few days left of shakeology and I know a lot of people want to try it.... I'm afraid ill run out early or my new bag won't be there when I get home. I need to order an extra bag to have on reserves. This is stressful lol.
I brought my shakeology and rice milk. I prefer almond but rice milk doesn't have to be refrigerated and the less stuff I have to worry about keeping cold the better. I also brought apples, oranges, lime,, and pear. As well as granola, raw cookies, and zuchinni chips. This is so I have no excuses to eat shit, and also so I don't get sick. I haven't ever gone away while drinking shakeology but I have while juicing. I didn't juice all week, and I don't get as many vegetables or fresh food as normal either. A lot of times I have digestion issues and belly aches while I am there. I literally CRAVE lettuce and greens sometimes. I decided this time I would make sure I was even more prepared. Usually I bring snacks because I don't get time for meals between clients tylically. This time I did more considering of what nutrients I was getting opposed to just finding things to fill me up. I brought a lunch box with spinach and an ice pack in it.... It'll be a slight pain to be freezing the pack and putting spinach in whoevers house im at's fridge- but it should be worth it.
While I'm home ill be doing a 5k with my mom on Sunday and going to Zumba with my sister and friends on Monday. I get back Tuesday and will go to the gym.... So I am not stressing that I prob won't get to work out Friday and Saturday.
I get back Tuesday and my mom comes to see me Wednesday! We'll be celebrating my birthday and Mother's Day a week early. While she's here I know we're going kayaking, to the gym, doing a 5k color run, and I'm also going to try to convince her to see my trainer with me. When she leaves, it'll be my birthday a few days later and that day is the Armageddon Ambush- the mud/color run I'm doing on my birthday! A lot of exciting things coming up!!
Edit: a woman just told her teenage son he couldn't have candy because of the sugar- she told him to get chips instead. She then took two mountain dews out of the cooler and followed him to the register. Holy fuck. What a world!
