So what does -91 mean?
I went from a tight size 24 to a 14 that now needs a belt (12 is right around the corner!)
I lost 10" in my waist.
I lost 12.5" in my hips/belly.
I lost 2.5" in my neck.
I lost 6.5" inches in each thigh.
I lost 3.5" in each calf.
I lost 3.5" in each arm.
That's 52". You realize 60" is 5ft right?! I've almost shrunk 5 feet!!
From 284 to 193 is a 32.04% weight loss. In just over 9 mons I've lost 1/3 of my body!
At 284lbs and 5'6" my BMI (body mass index- how much 0f your body is fat) was 45.8!!! At 193lbs it is 31.1! Technically this means I am still obese though.
30+ = obese
25-29 = overweight
18-24 = normal
<18 = underweight
However, I am a hell of a lot closer to "normal weight" than I am to where I started!
