So far all my juices have fruit & veggies. Not a fan of the only veggie juices but like they do with everything else- I know my taste buds will adjust. So- minus the vegetable I actually ate, check out the fruit & vegetables I drank this week. I don't think I've had this much nutrients in such a short time in life. All raw. I feel fab!

1/2 bag of kale
1 stalk celery

If you're wondering I've been juicing with a Waring Pro juice extractor.
I'm trying to ease into eating more & more vegan so when January comes its not an impossible task. I've cut dairy down to once every other day. Since I had cheese today I will not be having dairy again till atleast Tuesday. I pinned a bunch of raw vegan recipes on Pinterest. I'm going to try a few this week.
Is anyone else juicing with me? If so leave your favorite mixes here! I'm going to post mine in recipes!
