So, I juiced every day this week! I didn't ONLY juice- there was deff food comsumed but I had a great week eating. The food I ate was a lot of salads, hummus with cucumber, baby carrots, or Melba toast. I tried one of my light life microwave meals (amazing! & No chemicals!) I had Caesar pocket it pita bread with yogurt dressing. Last night for dinnerI ate noodles w Alfredo & broccoli- but had only eaten fruits & vegetables before that so it balanced. A friend made me breakfast this morning- cheese, biscuits, & warm apple sauce. SO good- but after all the veggies I ate this week I couldn't wait to come home and have some green juice! I had a few drinks w my friend Thursday night and after sleeping only 3 hours- had a bellyache when I woke up. I made a carrot & orange juice and within 20 mins my belly felt fine and I felt energy! It's was like coffee for the rest of the world! Lol
So far all my juices have fruit & veggies. Not a fan of the only veggie juices but like they do with everything else- I know my taste buds will adjust. So- minus the vegetable I actually ate, check out the fruit & vegetables I drank this week. I don't think I've had this much nutrients in such a short time in life. All raw. I feel fab!

1/2 bag of kale
1 stalk celery
3lbs apples
2.5lbs oranges
3 beets
2 cucumbers
2lbs carrots
2 lemons
Woah! I wanted to go to the farmers market today but disnt make it before they closed. Next Sunday though- I'm there!
If you're wondering I've been juicing with a Waring Pro juice extractor.
I'm trying to ease into eating more & more vegan so when January comes its not an impossible task. I've cut dairy down to once every other day. Since I had cheese today I will not be having dairy again till atleast Tuesday. I pinned a bunch of raw vegan recipes on Pinterest. I'm going to try a few this week.
Is anyone else juicing with me? If so leave your favorite mixes here! I'm going to post mine in recipes!
