I'm going to try my best to update daily during the 21 day Ultimate Reset. I'd really like to have this detox documented, so here goes!
Today was day 1. I started off feeling fat and still a little stuffed from a week of binging prior to starting. Super ashamed of of careless I was all week, but super proud that I followed the program like a champ.
I am following the vegan plan and so far the food is really good. I made homemade salad dressing and miso soup and the marinade for the tempeh for dinner was off the chaiiiiiiiin. I will deff still be making it once the detox is over.
Two of the supplements today were in pull form, the others have to be drank.i don't like how they taste at all so that's going to be challenging. One of them is just Himalayan sea salt, so you're basically drinking 4 glasses of salt water a day, and I don't enjoy that part. Hopefully that gets easier.
I've had a slight headache today. Prob a sugar crash since I ate SO many carbs and so much candy last week and today was my first day eating clean again. For about 2 weeks I've had a stuffy nose everyday so I look forward to seeing if the reset solves that problem as well. I wasn't very tired but was slightly irritable. I only got hungry before dinner because I had to eat late due to work (around 930pm).
The best part of day 1? I pooped 2x. I hadn't pooped in FIVE DAYS prior because of the dairy in the candy backed me up. So that was RELIEF!
