I sucked at tracking this weekend because I was moving. Saturday I ate normal. Sunday I ate almost nothing because I was so busy... A bowl of soup, 2 peices of toast, and coconut water with pineapple. Monday I ate like crap- a digornio cheese pizza was lunch & dinner. No real workout but I did move an entire apartment for 13 hours. I'm still sore!
