What you will need:
-1 wrap ( i love FLATout flatbread, a little thicker than a wrap but good ingredients and low fat/cals OR OLE brand wraps- the low carb/ high fiber one)
-3 fruits of your choice
Suggestions: apple, strawberry, orange, kiwi,
cantelope, peach, berries
-Cream Cheese (or my favorite dairy free substitue- Tofutti's "Better Than Cream Cheese" I get it at Publix, used to get it at stop and shop when I lived in MA)
Real simple. Lay out the wrap and put a layer of cream cheese. slice fruit thin and arrange in rows on the wrap. Wrap it up! Cut it in half if desired. Still tastes good refrigerated overnight if you want to make your breakfast the night before :)
