i was going to make separate recipes for each kind of juice but since the ingredients & directions are so simple it would be kind of stupid. So here is a list of the juices ive made to date!
the amount of ginger in the mean green recipe was not specific so I used like a 1.5" piece. WAYYY too much. it was kind of spicy and weird. I like it much better minus the ginger, but its prob good with just much less as well.
its recommended that you keep your fruit & veggies at room temp because they will make more juice that way than if theyre cold. i keep the leafy greens in the fridge anyway because i feel like theyll go bad.... if i want the juice cold & refreshing i just add ice cubes. also- make sure to drink from glass! if you must use plastic than it must say BPA FREE- if it doesnt youre poisoning yourself while trying to gulp down all this goodness!! enojy!
