A quick breakfast that will keep you full a long time.
What you'll need
4 tbsp liquid egg white
1 Ole LowCarb/High Fiber Tortilla
1 morningstar sausage patty (spicy preferred)
1 laughing cow cheese (chipotle or french onion preferred)
In a frying pan fry the egg whites and cook the sausage until its no longer frozen. Remove the sausage from the pan and cut into little pieces, continue frying until browned.
Spread laughing cow cheese onto tortilla. Place egg whites and sausage pieces in the middle. Fold the bottom up and roll it up, cut in half or eat like a big burrito. Veggies could be added as well.
