think tuna salad- but with shrimp!
What you'll need:
20 frozen shrimp
2tbsp earth balance mindful mayo
.25 cup diced red bell pepper
.26 cup celery diced
Cook the shrimp in a frying pan or bake it until pink. No seasoning necessary. Combine all ingredients in a good processor and process to desired consistency. Refrigerate and serve cold.
Makes 2 servings.
