What you'll need:
1 green bell pepper
1 cup veggie crumbles
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup tomato sauce
Garlic powder
Cayenne pepper
Cut green pepper in half. Remove stem and seeds . Sprinkle with pepper and a quick once over of olive oil spray. Bake in the oven at 350.
While peppers bake combine crumbles and onion in a frying pan coated with olive oil spray. Cook on medium mixing it up regularly. Once the crumbles are no longer frozen add tomatoes sauce and powders to taste. Remove peppers from oven and fill with mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. You could probably do as little as 20minutes but I like it well done.
