This is a "diet" food you can feed to people who are not on a diet. It will make you feel like youre cheating, but i promise youre not. SO good.
2 cups frozen blueberries(unsweetened)
2 cups light whipped topping (coolwhip)
1/2 cup tofutti "better than cream cheese"
1 tbsp agave nectar
combine all ingredients but the whipped topping in a food processor until smooth. fold in whipped topping. freeze in a popsicle ice cube tray or use a regular ice cube tray and toothpicks for a smaller version.
this recipe will make about 10 popsicles.
