What you'll need:
1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup low fat or fat free greek yogurt
1 slice onion- diced
3/4 cup spinach, chopped
1tbsp garlic- diced
1tsp crushed red pepper
black pepper to taste
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Turn crockpot on high and spray with olive oil spray. distribute dip evenly. Let cook for an hour. Serve warm with pita bread or chips.
You could also bake it in the oven but im loving the crockpot lately lol
Makes 2 servings.
