What you'll need:
1 whole wheat pita pocket
1 serving whole grain tempeh (1/3 package)
2 tbs annies organic BBQ sauce
1 cup spinach
1/8 cup diced onions
Crumble tempeh and combine with onions & spinach in a frying pan coated with olive oil spray. cook until onions are transparent & spinach stems are soft. stir in BBQ sauce and put heat on low. cover the pan while you cut your pocket in half & open it up. put ingredients inside and enjoy!
