Maintaining Ain't Easy

So Ive been struggling a little bit ever since I got below 200. I had a not so good first week but in the weeks since I have done much better. Its becoming very clear though that the smaller I get there is no room for error. Little slip ups result in little to no weight loss at this point. I've only been losing about a pound a week. I am exercising atleast 5 days. However, I havent exercised in the past few days. I think I was careless with my form during zumba last wednesday because I woke up feeling cripple! my lower back was killing. My zumba instructor suggested some stretching and a bath with epsom salts- which did the job. But she also advised I don't do anything but pool exercises or walking for a fews days. Ive basically only been walking my dog since Thursday.... Tomorrow I am going kayaking though, Tuesday and Wednesday Zumba....

I have one of my best friends from home in town. SO happy to see her but this will prove to be a challenge. She loves to eat as much as me. She isnt fat though. She has a cheesy bread addiction to compliment my pizza addiction. We've eaten a lot of crap, all of the country actually, together over the years. We went grocery shopping today and I bought my regular stuff but assured her she can eat whatever she wants. I hate making people feel like they cant eat what they want because it'll tempt me. She got cupcakes, chips, ice cream, all types of shit I love. I am actually looking forward to fighting the temptation though. But whatever she doesnt eat is going on the plane with her, because I dont trust myself enough to have that shit in my house once she is gone lol.

The good news is her mom eats really healthy so she was raised on a lot of the food I eat now. So she loves veggie and tofu and is open to meat substitute. So I actually am looking forward to cooking all kinds of veg recipes for her like old times- when I first stopped eating meat and we were living in the same city.

I am about to cook something for dinner and then we're going to walk around hardrock, so that'll be good for my health. I do plan on getting a drink from wet willys while we're there though. The Naked Willy has 80 calories. I know this because I literally emailed customer service to find out the info and it only has 80 calories and I believe 6 carbs.

Hope everyone has a safe and skinny long weekend!
