To Grandmother's House I Go...

So I've had a pretty good day. This morning I got up and it was raining yet again so I decided not to let the weather ruin another day and I jogged about 2 miles in it. I had to go to the bank anyway so that's where I went. Roughly a mile each way and it took me 10minutes to get there and 12 to get home.

i am now visiting my grandparents for the night. You may not know- but I am an insomniac. It takes an hour or 2 of serious relaxation before I fall asleep. Mind you I need it to be a little chilly with a comforter on me. Tv on something I'm not interested in for the noise. I also take a sleeping pill, sometimes 2. I actually have an appointment Wednesday for new sleeping pills. A lot of the days I am depressed and don't want to exercise stem from not having slept the night before. If I have to luxury of vein able to sleep till noon I will if I've been up All night. But a lot of times I will be up until 3 or 4 then up at 8 or 9. For some people that's enough sleep. I don't know what kind of crack those people Are doing but I do know I am cranky when I have days like that- Nevermind everyday.

Have I told you how much I Freiken HATE typing on the iPhone? iPhone 4S for sale. If the price is right I am so over this. I need a blackberry with iPhone apps. Is that so much to ask for??!

God, I'm so tired and cranky right now I could make this whole post complaints and bitching, but I won't do that to you.

What I really wanted to share with you was what I ate today. My grandmother (meme) is a great cook. She made baked tilapia, baked stuffed shrimp, coleslaw, brownies, pumpkin crunch/cobbler. Yum yum yum yum.

I had a peice of tilapia and some stuffed shrimp- and a few shrimps minus the stuffing. A small scoop of coleslaw and a big ass salad. Then I had about an inch thick peice of pumpkin crunch for desert.

I got to eat everything I wanted. The trick is I did not pig out on it. So when I added up my calories the worst thing for me was butter. However, because all I had to eat today before coming here was a cauliflower pizza, and honeydew melon in the car on the way here, I did not go over my calories for today. Go team portion control!
