I just finished this weeks episode of the biggest loser- and it wins again lol
i have not been feeling good the last few days. really stuffy and runny and sneezy and having a hard time sleeping because of it. I had an appt this morning and then decided since this is my saturday, im taking the day off. i took a nap and woke up feeling a lot better, turned on the biggest loser, and felt like a moron for deciding not to exercise. so i got out my yoga mat and shake weight and did squats, lunges, jumping jacks, planks, etc while i watched the 88 minute episode. i didnt do much cardio because i can barely breath as it is, but i do feel a little better.
so i just love the kids on the biggest loser. bingo is so cute. sunny is so smart and mature, and lindsey is sweet and enthusiastic. putting them on was the best idea ever probably!
ive been doing really well for a real long time- minus the pizza & brownie blow up the other day. but thats the only time ive been outside of my calories & made such a poor choice since christmas. thats a really long run for me! and to think of how many cupcakes and cookies ive eaten since chritmas... atleast 2 a week! yikes but all vegan, gluten free, and worked into my daily calories. ive become whole foods #1 buffet customer. you know how most people eat out twice a week? i eat at whole foods twice a week lol its such a good place to try new things! like i used to hate big huge chunks of tofu, but the more ways i try them the more i enjoy them. i also tried this "celebration loaf" and some kind of "mexican meat" that are both vegan and amazing and i NEED the recipes too! the loaf is heavy & they charge by the pound so thats expensive. and the mexican meat they only had once so far so i never really get to have it. but its soo good. as are all the fresh vegetables and awesome rices. i love the babylonian treasure salad. plus the vegan cookies & donuts... but the vegan biscuits are to diiiiie for lol seriously SO good. thats a recipe i really need. I saw someone on instagram went to a vegan baking class at their whole foods. i hope theres one at a whole foods near me soon! i bought vegan cake mix from Half Baked- the vegan baker at the farmers market. i got the other ingredients as well as a vegan frosting mix from pinterest and made cupcakes that people looooved! i am really enjoying cooking- but really want a dishwasher!!
i picked up a few extra shifts at work so ive been eating more "to-go" meals than ever. i try to bring salad and fruit & nuts to stay full so im not tempted by the cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, and occasional pizza. my boss ordered some veggie wraps that tasted so fresh & were awesome the other day. they had feta cheese, but not much, i took out what i was able to and enjoyed it. people at work have been commenting about me bringing food & how they need to start to. i hope they do. theyll save money and prob feel better about themselves!
i got some wicked cute size 12 leopard print skinny jeans today :-D on clearance for 15.99 i might add...
