lost 2.4lbs this week. I was happy because a lot of people lose nothing week two. and i had started my period. ive never had a period as long as ive been losing weight so i dont know if im one of those people who is heavier during T.O.M.
its a little bit of a struggle for me right now, because i am so focused on getting to 142 (50% of me) that i want to do everything possible to LOSE WEIGHT. unfortunately the ultimate reset is not just about weight loss, so you cant just do everything you want to lose weight. I want to be running 10 miles a day and i cant, so it sucks a little. but from people who have finished that i talk to- i should be even better at my workouts post reset, which means run faster or longer. so if i dont reach 142 during the reset- i will be sure to reach it soon after. in order to get there i have to lose 7lbs this week, a pound a day. im not sure if that will be possible, but we will see. it sucks because right now i weigh what i weighed the day my 8 day binge began. so it took me two weeks of resetting to undo what i did in 8 days. imagine if i wasnt resetting. it probably wouldve taken me three months! thats so disappointing. but i will NOT be doing THAT again. no way in hell. so will i weigh in at 142 next monday? probably not. but im going to do the best i can to get the best reset results possible- even if it doesnt mean losing a pound a day, and i will just get right to work afterward.
today i was really aware of how my taste and cravings has changed. when i saw we got to have a sweet potato for dinner i was THRILLED! i am craving sweet potato! lol its still amazing to me that food so SIMPLE can taste so GOOD! this is the first time in life i have been gluten free and i have definitely noticed no bloating. my belly bloats SO easily. if i eat a sandwich it looks like i swallowed a grapefruit whole. so im enjoying having a flatter tummy more of the time.
there is no "detox" drink in this phase. A new supplement "Revilatize", in capsule form, is added. thats not a problem at all. this supplement puts good bacteria back in your newly cleaned digestive tract.
baths and dry brushing have been a daily thing, and fortunately no more constant aching. one thing that is really getting to me is the amount of dishes all the preparing causes. i cook most of my meals at home. but most of my meals dont involve 3 pots and pans or 5 measuring cups and a food processor an blender and shredder and peeler. i do not have a dishwashing machine. my advice if you do the reset and you dont have a dishwasher? hire a maid for the 3 weeks. lol if i had disposable income like that, i would!
